Terms and Conditions

2.1. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.2. A contract between you and Zunity Travel LLC comes into effect once we confirm your booking in writing (via email or other official communication) and receive any required deposit or full payment.

2.3. It is your responsibility to check all details on the booking confirmation (dates, times, names, destinations) immediately upon receipt and to inform us of any discrepancies within 24 hours.

3.1. All prices are subject to availability and change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed and paid for.

3.2. We accept all major payment methods, including cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards.

3.3. Full payment is required as per the invoice provided to secure your booking. Access to services will not be granted without full clearance of funds.

3.4. For refundable services, a deposit may be accepted, with the balance due before the cancellation deadline specified by the Supplier.

3.5. All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Any currency conversion is for reference only and the final amount charged may vary based on your bank's exchange rates.

4.1. Supplier Policies Apply: All cancellations, changes, and refunds are strictly subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the relevant Suppliers. These policies are non-negotiable.

4.2. Cancellation by You: To cancel a booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied as per the Supplier's policy. In addition, an administrative fee of AED 250 or 5% of the booking value (whichever is higher) may apply.

4.3. Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will only be processed once we have received the funds from the Supplier. Refunds may take 60–90 days from the date of cancellation and will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4.4. Amendment by You: Requests to amend a booking are subject to Supplier amendment fees and availability. An administrative fee of AED 150 per booking may also apply.

4.5. No-Show: Failure to arrive for a booked service (e.g., flight, hotel, tour) will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.

4.6. Non-Refundable Services: Any booking marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase (e.g., flights, hotels, tours, or other services) cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

5.1. Role of the Agency: For most services, Zunity Travel LLC acts as an intermediary between you and Suppliers. However, for certain experiences directly operated by us (such as selected city tours), we are the primary service provider and responsible for delivering the service as described.

5.2. Supplier Liability: All services provided through Suppliers are subject to the Supplier's own terms and conditions. Your legal recourse in such cases lies directly with the Supplier and not Zunity Travel LLC.

5.3. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, accident, delay, or irregularity, including but not limited to:

5.4. Adventure Activities Disclaimer: By booking activities such as desert safaris, dune bashing, or zipline, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. Zunity Travel LLC shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in such activities.

5.5. Client Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with passport, visa, health, and immigration requirements. Visa issuance (including UAE visas) is at the sole discretion of government authorities.

6.1. Clients must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date and obtain all necessary visas and health documents.

6.2. Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, liability, and loss of baggage is strongly recommended.

8.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

8.2. By booking with us, you consent to us sharing necessary personal data with Suppliers for the purpose of fulfilling your travel arrangements.
