• Booking and Managing Travel: To fulfill our contractual obligations to you. This includes arranging flights, hotels, tours, and transfers.
• Arranging Visas, Insurance, and Government Requirements: To fulfill our contractual obligations to you and to comply with legal obligations set forth by governmental and regulatory bodies.
• Communicating with Clients: To provide essential service-related communications in fulfillment of our contractual obligations to you.
• Compliance with UAE Laws and Regulations: To meet our legal obligations, such as for record-keeping and regulatory reporting.
• Business Operations: For our legitimate interests in operating our business efficiently and effectively, which includes accounting, auditing, and internal administration.
• Marketing and Promotional Offers: With your explicit consent, we may send you updates and promotional offers. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Personal data is shared only where necessary to provide services or meet legal obligations, including with:

• Airlines, hotels, and tour operators (within and outside the UAE).

We do not sell or lease personal data to third parties.

As a travel agency, it is essential to transfer your personal data to service providers located outside the UAE (e.g., international airlines, hotels, and tour operators). We will only transfer your data to countries that have been approved by the UAE's data protection authorities as providing an adequate level of data protection or we will implement appropriate safeguards. These safeguards include entering into Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data receives the same level of protection as it would in the UAE.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes stated, unless longer retention is required by law:

• Passport and visa details: Kept until the completion of the trip unless otherwise legally required.
• Booking records: Kept for up to five (5) years for legal, auditing, and accounting purposes.
• Marketing information: Retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss. While we take all reasonable precautions, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We only process personal data of children under 18 when they are included in bookings with their parents or legal guardians. Such data is handled strictly for the purpose of completing travel arrangements.

In line with the PDPL, you have the right to:
